Examples of recent residential work.

The kitchen has white cabinets combined with a darker island and serving bar.  The beams unify the different areas and provide strength to the design.  Limestone floors tie together all areas of the room.
The den overlooking the pool has has a stainned barrel vault ceiling ceiling.  All the furnishings are custom designed and are water proof for use with the pool guests.
The bunk room has two sets of custom designed built in twin over queen beds.  Unique stainless steel rails and hand grips provide access to the upper bunks.  Swivel chairs with a leather ottoman are centered on the media equipment.
The exercise room has a built in refreshment center complete with microwave, dishwasher and cooler.  The majority of the storage is concealed behind tongue and groove doors.  The pattern carpet helps decrease the length of the room and provides interest.
The front of this Grand Lake residence is covered in stucco and stone.  The geometric entry beam details will carry through the residence as a design detail.  Simple line patterns in the stucco continue the pattern and lines on the front elevation.
The Grand Lake residence lake facing view has incredible lighting at night and the geometric pattern of the beams and windows continues throughout the design.  The overscale poured concrete deck overhangs the lake.

The Grand Lake entry has glass panels that are etched and has LED lighting recessed on all sides of the glass panels to illuminate the etching detail at night.  Custom console tables follow the geometric design of the glass windows.
The Grand Lake custom window's glass provided the inspiration for the design of the chandelier.  The dining table is custom and the maple finished is washed in gray and accented with red and black edge details.  The custom area rug picks up the pattern of the dining table and window glass design.
The living room details continue from the dining area.  Etched mirror glass doors conceal the media equipment.  The detail is presented on the fireplace and railing designs.  The area rug continues the pattern and the coffee table has a design that was water jet cut to create a very precise design
Looking from the sitting area adjacent to the kitchen you continue to see across the entire residence.  Look closely at the ottoman because you can see details of the ottoman that are repeated in the custom area rug.  All the furnishings were built and designed by Oellien Design, Inc..
The Grand Lake residence looking down from the second level walk area you can see the geometric design of the dining table and the details of the room that flow from one area to another.
The island has counters of polished granite and the sides of the island are covered in honed granite.  The SubZero is mirrored to increase the depth in the kitchen and reflect the views.  Leaded glass doors are designed to compliment the details of the residence and conceal the refreshment area.
The Grand Lake residence eating bar cantilevers out into the living space and required a custom stainless steel support.  Oellien Design, Inc. created a stylized version of a boat's propeller.  In the distance you can see the custom in-layed veneer doors that follow the geometric lines.
The master bedroom is a simple retreat that has incredible views of the lake.  The custom designed headboard repeats the line pattern and stone finishes used throughout the residence.
The Grand Lake master bathroom is a mixe of slate and granite.  LED lighting on the step provide night time illumination.  Through the master bathroom is the exercise room.
